The girls having fun with their "water shooters".
Today after our morning swim lessons we came home for lunch, stretched our 'land lubber' legs and then headed over to Sande's for more pool time. She has such a nice set up. The pool has a rocky waterfall, sprayers, and a shady umbrella over the baby end. It is perfect for the little kids. They especially loved the water syringes that came out to play at the end. We got to see E's friend Hannah and her new cast (pink). We received two new Laurie Berkner CDs (Under a Shady Tree and Buzz Buzz) for the kids, so I put one on for them on the way home... but they didn't hear much of it, as you can see from the pictures below. I guess they were so worn out after swimming all afternoon, they just couldn't keep their eyes open. So, the two who didn't fall asleep on the way to Sande's, slept the whole way home.

Today I received my new Pampered Chef Stoneware Fluted Pan and the Seasons best Recipe Collection which has a recipe for Chocolate Velvet Cake with Strawberries in it. I've heard such good things about his pan, I can't wait to try it. Stacey gave me some recipes for the pan when I ordered it (hope I can find where I put them) plus there are links to three free recipes on the Pampered Chef Website.

I keep getting calls on my cell phone from 866-701-3778. I don't want to answer it and subject myself to some telemarketer (and have to pay with my minutes to talk to them as well). So I looked it up and it's Time Warner Cable with some sort of survey (probably to follow up on the service appt on Wednesday, or on the customer who had to trade in her malfunctioning cable boxes twice in one week-and it wasn't the box either).
