Well....I can't explain what happened to that swallowed coin. After 5 days without success at finding it, I decided to consult our pediatrician. He encouraged me to bring her in for x rays. Three x rays later, it was decided that said coin was not present. If it was there, it has already passed. I don't understand it, how could we miss something like that? Was I sure she swallowed a coin? Well...I'm not sure, but she was sure. She was the one who told me she swallowed it, why would she lie? She was lying on the bed next to me when hup, oops, Mom, I swallowed the money. (Grimacing with discomfort as it went down) You swallowed what? A coin? What coin? Are you sure you swallowed a coin? It's what? Stuck? Here, drink this water quick. Which one did you swallow? The red one? Which one of these did you swallow (laying one of each coin on the counter)? Was it the play money, or real money? Real money? Well, you get the picture. I was pretty sure she did swallow that coin.
Anyhow, what a waste of time! A wasted day. And embarrassing too! (I hope they don't think I'm one of those moms who invents illnesses in her children in order to get attention.)

Would have hoped you would have had something after digging in poop for 5 days! Sounds like it turned out good anyway!
