In two days (lickety-split) we will be in Seattle. I'm so excited about seeing my friend Jennifer again (and the in-laws, of course). How could I forget to add that? I am flailing around, trying to tie up loose ends, pack and find clothes to wear, (namely a dress) for the wedding. The kids start soccer next week, so now I need to worry about finding cleats, shingards and soccerballs to fit them. I realized that somehow E ended up with 6 pairs of new shoes for school. I forgot buying some of them earlier when they were on sale, so now I have so many I don't know what to do (I wonder how long they'll fit her because her feet (and she) are growing fast!)
A and I stopped at Rubios today for lunch and she caught a glimpse of Nemo and "Nemo's friend" Dory in the fish tank while we waited for our fish tacos. They didn't seem too interested in each other. Either that, or Dory was lost-she's so forgetful, you know?
We finally got a new pump for the washer and it seems to be working now. The last week I've been mopping up the puddles of water in the tray underneath. So I guess we won't be getting another washer for at least another year. So instead of getting something we needed, so we got a camera instead! Forgive the photo on the bed, as it is rather suggestive...
