I received these roses yesterday from my mom.
Aren't they just beautiful?
Dance photos in!
We were reading books last evening at 7:49 pm, me snug in the middle between the two older kids, when we had an earthquake.

Me: "Can you feel that earthquake?"
N: "That's not an earthquake, that's Daddy walking upstairs." (Daddy must have some heavy feet!)

Me: "No, that's an earthquake, feel how everything's shaking and hear the rumbling?"
N: (Thinking about it very seriously) "Yeah, mom, that was an earthquake."

Poor A was all alone in her bed asleep in the opposite corner of the house...lucky she slept through it. No damage that I can see.
We undecorated our house. It looks barren now! And slightly worn around the edges. Plenty of cleaning to do and no time to do it. I went on a Hallmark shopping spree (75% off all their Christmas stuff). Now I wish Christmas would come again... soon.
A is back to coming in our room again at night. When will it end? It's been going on since our "weekend away" in November. I guess her routine got meddled with. What a pity! She's been having night terrors and is inconsolable unless we let her in. It doesn't bother me too much, except she wakes up two or three more times during the night, says she's thirsty and asks for water. It must get pretty hot sleeping between two adults and under three or four blankets!
E started a new jazz dance class on Monday evenings. It looks like she'll have great fun, and get a good workout too!
Last weekend we went to Disneyland again. A got her "driver's license" and "drove" for the first time. It's a Small World was finally open and now A has a new favorite ride. We somehow squeezed in for a meal at Blue Bayou without a reservation. A was scared and cried about half the time, requesting to go "inside" the house to eat. A experienced "Chip and Dale" for the first time.
Sunday we were off to the bowling alley to earn N's bowling belt loop and pin.
New DriverI can still hear that song echoing in my head!
Chip and Dale's- Shame on you, not Chippendales!
Check out her form!
